I now have multiple families come up to me after recharter and say they are not getting my messages or reminders from Scoutbook. I look up their child’s connections in Scoutbook.com and now it show them as pending. They have all been active members and we have not had any problem like this before. I have resent the invitation multiple times but they are still not getting anything from us. How can I solve this issue?
