Unable to send message to scout

Hi,

I have a scout whose already connected but we can’t find him in send message.

SB User ID: 2347942
BSA Member ID:14196967

I noticed he’s linked to many parents with one of them still pending. Not sure why the mum has 3 accounts.

Any suggestions what we should do to resolve the issue?
