Password Reset Not Working

I have a parent who cannot get the password reset to work, and she is locked out of Scoutbook. She gets the reset emails, but the link is not working to allow her to reset the password. Her Scoutbook User ID - 11930759 . Any ideas on what we can do to force this through?
