Parent can’t reset password


I have a parent that is having trouble logging into scoutbook and isn’t receiving the password reset email.

This leader has a my.scouting account, so she needs to go to my.scouting and reset her password there.

There is a chatbot (“Betty”) in the lower right part of the login screen at my.scouting that she can use to reset her password.

I also have a parent that gets the Scoutbook invitation email, but does not get an email when they follow the reset password process in Scoutbook. Is it the same issue?
