I get “Error: given packId is invalid - packId: 72937” when trying to assign a Scout to the “Senior” Patrol.

Can you please correct the issue?

Is this for Troop 100? wondering if this is a gender issue. Could also be the Open Den Chief position. @NicholasMorris
Yes, it is for Troop 100. We have a co-ed Troop. I assigned the Den Chief PoR a few weeks back, and it took just fine. I am now trying to change her Troop Patrol, and it is not letting me (I am not trying to change the Pack associated with the Den Chief PoR).
Try ending the DC position to see if it resolves the issue.
And all errors for Pilot Units need to be reported to Council for them to turn in, as it is councils that decided to do the Pilots
I get the following error when trying to end date the same Scout’s DC PoR, “Error
There should be at least one active and not ended Den Chief Position record for the given user and unit and userPositionId - organizationGuid: 057D4F07-C6B3-49C0-8425-09D9ADF6AABF - userId: 9627376“
I am still getting these errors. Please help.
I have been communicating with my council, but this is a Scoutbook Plus issue as Scoutbook Legacy worked just fine.
Unfortunately the SUAC has been instructed by Scouting America that we cannot assist with issues related to troops in the pilot program. These must be reported by your Council.
