On a leader’s Positions and Roles page, if someone is listed as a Patrol Admin, their patrol is listed as “Troop,” not “Patrol,” i.e. “Otter Troop.”
Can you provide a screenshot (without any names)? I’m not seeing that behavior.
Now that you mention it, it’s happening in Safari, but not in Firefox.
