Patrol Roster: Leadership positions shown are incorrect

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a leadership position to a scout with both a future start date and a future end date.
  2. Add a patrol level position to the scout. E.g. Patrol Quartermaster
  3. Add a troop level position to the scout. E.g. Troop Scribe
  4. Navigate to Patrol Roster

Observed results:

The future leadership position shows up in the Patrol Roster.
The patrol level position shows up as a troop level position in the Patrol Roster. E.g. “Quartermaster”

Expected results:

Future leadership positions should not show up in the Patrol Roster.
Patrol level positions should show up as patrol level positions in the Patrol Roster. E.g. “Quartermaster [patrol name] Patrol”

Additional Notes:

The Troop Roster handles both of these situations correctly. The Patrol Roster should be made to behave identically to the Troop Roster.
