Roster Builder: Patrol leadership positions are shown as troop positions

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a patrol level position to the scout. E.g. Patrol Quartermaster
2. Add a troop level position to the scout. E.g. Troop Scribe
3. Create a Roster Builder report which includes the scout and displays Scout Positions.

Observed results:

The patrol level position shows up as a troop level position in the Roster Report. E.g. “Quartermaster”

Expected results:

Patrol level positions should show up as patrol level positions in the Roster Report. E.g. “Quartermaster [patrol name] Patrol”
