Several Scouts are locked out as ‘Not Eligible’ under a ghost v1910 version ID. 141087384 , 142085644 , 142234106 , 140687517, and 142116224 work fine, but 140687511 , 141189772, 140702456 , and 140946785 are grayed out." this is when I use Quick entry awards. I have gone into their individual profiles, 1910 is the first version that shows up but is blank, when I switch to 1911 all completed requirements are there. Then I cannot switch back to 1910 (error message uploaded). The members I listed as greyed out are the ones marked “started” in Paul Bunyan (current) (Scouts BSA)

@ElainePosanka - the “1911” is the only one you should be using and its not a my.scouting.org issue
Yes. I understand that. But I made a mistake in the beginning. Everyone has 1910 blank and 1911 filled out now. How can I get it to display properly?

Oh goodness, yes, I’m seeing that now. SO why are some of my scouts marked in progress with 1910 and not 1911 event though they’ve been approved for everything but the service project?
@ElainePosanka - with some of the awards if you opened the prior version in the scout profile awards section that will trigger a started. You will want to select the correct version in your report builder selections and de-select the old verson
When I do that the not all the scouts show up as started. Some (140687511 , 141189772, 140702456 , and 140946785) seem to be stuck in 1910. I know this screen shot is showing both but when I unclick 1910, 140687511 , 141189772, 140702456 , and 140946785 no longer show as in progress
@ElainePosanka - was any date entered in the 1910 version for those scouts and nothing was touched when this was in legacy ?
Nothing was touched in Legacy. I don’t really remember but something may have been addded in 1910 and later deleted to move to 1911
@ElainePosanka - entirely possible. Can you update those scouts with the 1911 reqs ?

They are not.
All of these scouts have every requirement but the service project signed off as complete in 1911. (two are missing totin chip as well): 140687511 , 141189772, 140702456 , 140946785, 140687511 , 141189772, and 140702456. on the report, 4 show progress in 1910, and 3 in 1912. 1910 is, of course blank, but when I open the award on each scouts page, 140687511 , 141189772, 140702456 , and 140946785 defaults to 1910, the others to 1912
@ElainePosanka - can you try removing an approval and complete date on a requirement then re-entering it and re approval. It may kick the percentage
tried that. Used AI to give me every suggestion possible until it told me to go to the forums
