Some of our scouts have been working in the Paul Bunyan award, but it has suddenly disappeared as an option to enter the award in scoutbook.

Awards are in Leagacy Scoutbook, not Scoutbook Plus. The Paul Bunyan Award is still in Scoutbook for my Scouts. Where are you looking?

@LisaBranam for Scouts BSA you need to be using Legacy Scoutbook for advancement - Bunyan is under Awards Section

I see you are registered with both a Troop and Crew. The Paul Bunyan Award is for Troop members only per Paul Bunyan Award | Boy Scouts of America

@LisaBranam Could you post the BSA member ID numbers of the Scouts who are missing the option?

I am having the same problem for just one of the Scout that I manage advancements for (BSA ID 136186775).
I am able to see Paul Bunyan Award for the 41 other Scouts thought.
Help please!
@MeghanJellema in Scoutbook on the Scouts Profile page there is a Troop/Crew Toggle at the top - are you on the Troops Toggle?
Yep - I have access to this individual’s Troop and Crew toggles.
I can see an image of their completed Totin’Chip and when clicking on it, it will show the date completed. But when I click on “Scout NAME’s Award” (the line option below the images of the awards), neither Paul Bunyan OR Totin’ Chip show up as an option in either the Troop or the Crew Toggles.
@MeghanJellema = if the have already earned it then it drops off of the list of available awards

Odd - but it was in Quick Entry to achieve the same goal

I’m having the same issue. It was just on my daughter’s SB, but when we went to look up the date she earned the Totin’ Chip, it disappeared. How do I fix this?
@StacyDickamore your Scout seems to be registered in a Troop and a Ship - are you on the Troop Side of the Profile?
Yes. I was looking at it, to see what the requirements were. I couldn’t remember when she earned her Totin’ Chip, so I hit the back button to look up that info, and when I came back, it was gone. I’ve logged out and back in, and it’s still gone.
@StacyDickamore all we can see is the database and it is there with a date - I have about 10 minutes if you want to setup a screenshare for me to take a look
