Paul Bunyan Award Problem

They say they know there is an issue with Paul Bunyan and Totin’ Chip:

Totin' Chip? Paul Bunyan?

I can’t find the Totin’ Chip to enter as earned, nor do I see the Totin’ Chip in SB+ for those that already earned it. Help! Thanks!
