Well looks like Payment Logs has migrated to SB+. My scouts have the correct amount in their accounts, but now I can’t add anything. I just get a “clear your cache” error message. I have tried 3 different browsers.
@ElainePosanka have you tried clearing the cache? Try an incoginto/private window.

I am trying to enter fundraising profits on payment log in SB+. Categorized as credit from unit.

I start in SB Legacy, as soon as I hit payment logs, it takes me to SB+ right to that scouts payment log. I click Record Transaction. The unit is already filled in and there’s nothing in the dropdown. I don’t know what this field is for. I hit the dropdiown for Type and choose Record a Credit from Unit. It immediately gives me this error message (see screenshot)
@ElainePosanka ok lets try another way. start at advancements.scouting.org and see if that works.
There is basically NO reason to even go to legacy anymore.
@ElainePosanka - it looks like you are on your phone attempting this. It will work on mobile but the screen real estate is a bit limited.
Ok. I started fromSB+ instead of legacy. Same result.
In the top right of my screen there is no person icon.
@ElainePosanka - does not seem like a site issue as it is working for me.
As I noted doing this on a phone reduces what can be displayed. The upper right is the dropdown to change viewing roles.
@ElainePosanka - you would have to scroll down or get to the top to see the add button
That is why I suggested not using mobile
I suspect what may be happening is the system is confused because you are both Scoutmaster and Unit Training Chair.
Go to Permissions Manager, select the Assign Positions tab, scroll to Unit Training Chair which is near the bottom then click the - next to your name then click Save. Click Apply then try to update Payment Log tomorrow.
It worked perfectly on my laptop. Hopefully in the future it will also be possible on mobile as I use mobile a lot
I see no permissions manager. The forums option has also disappeared from the left hand side menu
@ElainePosanka - you have the correct role in the upper right dropdown ?
And you can do this on mobile it’s just more of a challenge to navigate…a good deal of scrolling up and down.
Except I can’t do this on mobile. I had no problems adding entries to payment logs on my desktop, I only get the error message when I’m on my phone
@ElainePosanka - clear the app data and cache. I have no error on mobile.
What position is selected in the drop down menu in the upper right when you are on mobile?
Scoutmaster is selected
I’ve done this several times for Chrome and Safari
