We are a Pack that is new to using the Payments Log in SB and I was hoping to start getting everything entered. I am the Committee Chair, so Key 3, so I should have access to everything, but I don’t see where the link is to the payments log in SB Plus. Other forum posts indicate that it’s still in the legacy version of SB, but every link I have to the old SB comes up as “404 Not Found.” I’m I missing something? This is what my menu bar looks like in SB Plus
Do other Key 3’s show a different menu in SB Plus that includes the payment log? Or, am I just not looking in the right place? If there is supposed to be an additional menu button, who do I need to contact to get my settings fixed? Thanks in advance for any helpful advice
So, I can see the payments log for my troop in classic SB, and I’m not aware of it having been ported to SB+ (yet). You might try clearing all of the cached data from *.scouting.org to see if that’s impacting your experience with classic SB.
I noticed that you show both CC and Key 3 Delegate. You should not need the Key 3 Delegate functional role since you are one of the Key 3. It’s possible because the two are conflicting that it’s impacting your access somehow. I would end the Key 3 Delegate, since you don’t need it.
I’ve never seen “Committee Chair” and “Committee Chairman” in the same digital context.
Thank you Charley and Jennifer. I did clear my cache and that seemed to work so that all of my Scoutbook classic links now work again. Thank you for both of your prompt replies. Now I can get back to entering payments.
