Payment Log including Scouts no longer in Pack

I am running a financial statement for our current Pack account and have Scout balances for Scouts that haven’t been in our Pack for at least a year, if not more.

All the highlighted Scouts are no longer in our Pack. How do I remove them from the report and clear out their balances?

You can find them in Search Payments Log, for past members. You can edit their balances there.

Is there any way to completely remove them?

No, there is not a way

If you want them removed "completely " then delete all of their transactions.

But know that that will impact your unit bank balance.

A better thing to do would be to zero out their balance, using a credit or a charge. That will leave your bank balance unaffected.

Also note that they will only show up in reports if they either have a non zero balance, or there is activity within the reporting period.

Just so we’re clear, this is not connected to our bank account at all, correct? The bank balance on there is completely different from our actual bank balance.

Correct but many units want the balance in Payment Log to reflect what they have in the bank.
