Is there a way to zero out the payment log balance of scouts who are no longer registered? They are still showing up on our summary report even though they are not on our roster. I tried to access them through my connections but do not see their record options the same as when they were registered. Thank you.
Use the Search Payments Log link on the unit page. This will show anyone with a non-zero balance for your unit, even if they are no longer on the roster. From the search results you can select the individual and update their balance.
