On SB Legacy, I used to be able to run a Payment Log report that, if I clicked on “Include Financial Statement” and chose to include past members of the Troop, I could get (way at the bottom) the balance of everyone’s Payment Log, scouts and Adults, and scouts who were no longer with the troop but left money in their Payment Log (some of which, according to the Rules and Regulations of the Boy Scouts of America, as amended on October 28, 2025: could be returned to the scout/parents). Now, in SB+, I try to run a Payment Log report, I make sure the “include data for current members only” is not checked, and the “include financial statement” is checked, I only get the detailed report, without a balance. The financial statement doesn’t include a breakdown of each scout’s/leader/parent balance. I can’t easily add up each balance to get the total ammount of that is comitted to scout accounts. How am I suppossed to get this information now? I suppose I could use the roster to check each scout/leader/adult balance individually, but that would not allow me to get the information on scouts who are no longer members. Is there a trick?

The download all member transactions will download the results of that search
That provides an awful lot of information, in no order that I recognize, and doesn’t include the balance for each member.
@ElainePosanka - if you download the csv you can work with that to filter and get totals
AH HA, but clicking on the “Search” button instead of “download all member transactions” seems to work. WHat befuddled me is that there was a separate “Unit Payment Logs” from “Reports”
