Payment Logs not showing Correctly

Hello, We are having an issue with the Payment Log Report. It seems that the report is not showing every transaction in a scouts log. For example, I have a scout with 10 line items in his Payment Log. If I run the report, it only shows 5. Other scouts have similar omissions, though they are not always the same transaction that is missing from the report.

I saw there was a bug fix on June 22 but I am not sure if this is the same issue. I have tried clearing my cache, using a different browser and even a different computer, still having the issue. Changing the ‘sort by’ changes which transactions are shown, but still not the full report. The CSV export shows the correct transactions.
