Pending Tab missing on Roster page

Advancement chair here.

When logging into Scoutbook Plus, we do not have a tab for Pending - only Roster and History.

To see any pending adventures, we have to go back to the legacy Scoutbook and go through pack reports → needs approval.

What are we missing to have the Pending Items tab appear?

@MaryDunlap - on a pc I see this:

The bell is the pending items if that is what you are looking for

The bell takes me to this page with nothing.

It also says we have 2 items pending when in actuality we have 67 items needing approval.
