Permission Slips Set Up

Forgive me if this has been discussed. I’ve been looking for the answer and am having no luck.

I added an event and checked to require permission slips. How to I get the permission slip as an attendee.

I went into the calendar as a leader, checked that I was attending but I didn’t get a permission slip to download.

What am I missing?

They’re on the “new” IA calendar by clicking the blue button after going into the event details. You’ll get an extra check box for just your family if you’re a leader. Parents don’t get that checkbox.
