When I (CC) set permissions for these leaders, #131610584, #137233051, and #14027937 after a week or two, or sometimes a month, their permissions are no longer selected. All three of them should have access to the calendar and messaging for Troop 256 & Troop 2562. This is occurring at random. Their registered positions have not changed. No other leader has changed their permissions. Can you help?
@MichaelBenaitis wonder if you giving permission + Sub-unit permission is messing things up. If a user has a unit permission they do not gain from a sub-unit permission
Just to confirm because I heard last night it is an issue coming into my council office frequently, the Apply button for Permissions Manager sections is at the top of the section, not the one below it. If you click the wrong Apply button, the changes will not stick.
It appears the system did not continue the permissions after the leader’s registration renewed. They should stick through the registration period which for this user end 11/30/26.
I have notified the developers of the issue as permissions should renew with the registration.
