Permission manager
When I (CC) set permissions for these leaders, #131610584, #137233051, and #14027937 after a week or two, or sometimes a month, their permissions are no longer selected. All three of them should have access to the calendar and messaging for Troop 256 & Troop 2562. This is occurring at random. Their registered positions have not changed. No other leader has changed their permissions. Can you help?

@MichaelBenaitis looks like their registrations ended and renewed. Let me take a look
@MichaelBenaitis do you know if there was a gap in registrations? Seems like they got to the Grace period
There was a gap in registration and I expected that they would not have permissions while expired. The same issue existed while active and continues.
I just went into SB+ to check and #137233051 was unselected again. She has not had a gap since I selected her 2 weeks ago.
That user has multiple permissions for 2562 - so not sure what you are seeing. Is there a specific one you are looking for?
Yes. These users permissions for calendar and or messages will be unselected at random and it prevents them from using the calendar and messages.
@MichaelBenaitis wonder if you giving permission + Sub-unit permission is messing things up. If a user has a unit permission they do not gain from a sub-unit permission
Do you mean I selected Troop and Patrol?
yes - that is 2 different things.
I do not see past instances of these others than those ended with lapsed membership. I am guessing they went into grace period for a few days.
Just to confirm because I heard last night it is an issue coming into my council office frequently, the Apply button for Permissions Manager sections is at the top of the section, not the one below it. If you click the wrong Apply button, the changes will not stick.
Upon clicking Apply they had access. A few weeks later the selection was no longer checked.
@MichaelBenaitis- are you clicking apply in the proper section
It appears the system did not continue the permissions after the leader’s registration renewed. They should stick through the registration period which for this user end 11/30/26.
I have notified the developers of the issue as permissions should renew with the registration.
