Permissions Manager in Scoutbook+ shows leader Position/Roles expiredt

The Permissions Manager Position/Role Manager in Scoutbook Plus will not allow me to update an ASMs permissions because she shows as position/Roles expired. She does not appear in the Roster on Scoutbook Plus, but she does appear on the roster in My.scouting with an expiration date of 1/31/2026. The registrar at Council confirmed she is good until the end of January and there was nothing they could fix. Help?

Hardware: mobile, iPhone 13 Pro Max

Operating System: iOS 18.3.1

Browser: Chrome app

Browser cache has been cleared

Member ID and Council: 122640359 Middle Tennessee Council

@ElainePosanka What is the member ID number of the ASM?

(No names, please)

In Scoutbook it says her ID number is 137395880, but on the roster in My.Scouting it says her ID is 141245104

@ElainePosanka This should be fixed, although you might need to wait up to 24 hours to see the change. You could also try clearing your browser cache again.
