I have tried several times to upload a picture of an activity my son has completed for an elective. When I select “Add Photo” and attempt to upload the picture, Scoutbook gets stuck trying to load it. I then have to “Cancel”.
@MelissaBurns what activity is this? A Cub Adventure? Merit Badge?
It’s for one of the two electives for a Cub Adventure.
@MelissaBurns what file type were you trying to load?
I just tried a jpg and png and both AFTER a period of time did load for me - just took way too long
I really appreciate your help with this. Unfortunately, I’m still seeing the spinning icon, indicating it’s still trying to load the picture. I’ll try to share with you a screen capture of what I’m seeing:
