Hiya - can you please, please add a cookie to allow us to remain signed in on a familiar browser? It’s a constant aggravation to have to sign in so often, even multiple times a day (yes, the info is stored in my browser, but on a mobile device it is nonetheless challenging). I understand about security concerns, but even my bank still recognizes me after a few hours of being idle. :slight_smile:

The BSA will not extend the 30 minute timeout in Scoutbook.

If you are on an iOS device, due to the way Apple implemented session cookies, if you have Scoutbook saved as an icon on your home screen, you will be forced to login every time you switch out of Scoutbook. We recommend accessing Scoutbook directly in Safari rather than saving it as an icon on your home screen.
