In another thread (ScoutBook is duplicating Merit Badge counselors on Council Upload - #73 by MichaelMerritt2) KennethAdams has suggested some good heuristics (using VLOOKUP() and LEN()) for auditing download files against upload files. (Thanks, Ken!)
