ATTENTION UNITS THAT ARE RECHARTERING
Note many functional roles (such as Advancement Chair) expire if the person changes registered positions and you will need to re-establish them with Position Manager.
Position Manager will be inactive for you until your unit renewal is posted.
Position Manager, a tool introduced in April replacing Org Security Manager that allows the unit leadership to set functional positions. The COR can also change adult registered positions. While a unit is lapsed (your recharter is not posted yet) this feature is inactive. Once the renewal is completed and posted by the council the tool will be active again for you.
