Printing Error on Cub Scout Pocket Certificates

Hi I have 2 issues I have found:

When trying to print out pocket certificates for dens with 2 den leaders, no den leader signature shows. Example is Member id 141281264 Purchase order #1042098

I noticed capitalization issues on 2 scouts. Ona all caps and one all lower case. Called council and they fixed on their end. It’s been over 24 hrs and the capitalization errors are still showing in scout book plus. Member IDs 141853991 and 141331249

This is working as designed. Scouting America only says dens should have one Den Leader and Assistant Den Leaders for a den. Because the system can’t determine who the den leader is it does not print any.

I do not know if changes in case trigger an update. We will need to investigate.

Thank you for the clarification. My question on the change in case was more in regard to the names listed in the scoutbook plus roster itself. The council fixed it on their end but the scouts names are still showing in the roster with the incorrect capitalization even after a couple of days.
