I am trying to generate the pocket certificates for my den (Lions), but they are not showing a Den Leader signature, just the Cubmaster’s. The den has its Den Leaders and ADL assigned in SB Legacy, so I’m not understanding why there isn’t a name showing up for the DL signature line.
On the den roster in Scoutbook Plus does more than one adult registered as a den leader or multiple adults, none of which is a registered den leader appear? If so, that is why no den leader signature appears. Scouting America only allows for one Den Leader per den so if there is more than one registered Den Leader assigned to the den the system does not know who the official Den Leader is.
There is an enhancement in the backlog to be able to select the Den Leader that should sign the cards.
The only workaround today is to have a single Den Leader assigned to the den, if no DL, only have one adult assigned to the den, or hand sign the cards.
I do see the details of the certificate, scoutmaster, merit badge info, scout name, but I do not see the certificate. Is there supposed to be a special cardstock with this already printed on it that is intended to use?
