Unable to print. The scouts name in placed in the “met the requirements” section (too high). The balance of the information is okay.
There appears to be no way to move the scouts name down.
I am using a Canon TS58320 Printer.

What pocket certificate in particular is it? Is the a SKU on it or a printed date?
It’s SKU 654936. The print process in located at the bottom of the purchasing report in Troop Reports.
no is a date of printing on the cards like at the bottom - SG sometimes does that
