On Scoutbook.com, under Reports, Purchase Order, you can select to “print pocket certificates”. You then choose the correct SKU of the merit badge certificate page product. The two SKU’s I believe are backwards. To print on SKU 33414 correctly, you must choose SKU 654936.
On new ones they went BACK to the old SKU for some reason - but to my testing it printed fine with what you are suggesting - there is a story to correct it - just do not know when it will happen
