Profile Picture Issue

I’ve updated my sons profile pic via Internet Advancement. It is a larger picture when I cropped him using the built-in tool in IA. This picture syncs with Scoutbook. The picture show in Scoutbook is the full image, not cropped down to sync with IA.

Thx! - Something to consider, too, is that IA uses a circle while SB uses a square. That is probably partially the issue. Guessing a consistent shape needs to be in place between both platforms.
