I uploaded a picture to the profile of one of the Scouts in my unit. I didn’t like the picture, so I deleted it. Now when I try to upload a different picture to that Scout’s profile or try to upload a picture to a different Scout’s profile, Scoutbook acts like it’s uploading the photo but it does not display a photo. Instead, the “Trim and Resize Photo” banner displays across the top of the page. I thought maybe things would reset overnight, but it’s been a couple of days and I’m still having this problem. Any ideas on how to fix it?
How big is the picture? The Scoutbook profile pics are set to a maximum of 148 x 148 pixels.
That must’ve been the problem. I cropped the picture and now it’s uploading without any problems.
