When I chose a photo from my phone or take a pic, I select upload, bar goes to 100%, but nothing else happens. How do I get the photo to actually upload to my profile?

Are you saying it gets stuck on 100%, or that it looks successful, but when you go back in, nothing is there? If the latter, you have to type something in the notes and click post.

just tested on my iphone and it worked fine for a profile photo

How big is your picture? I believe the Scoutbook profile pics are set to a maximum of 148 x 148 pixels.

It gets to 100% and my only option is to upload again or cancel

Scoutbook is blocked on my work laptop. I’ll try to send to someone and login in on their computer I guess

It was size. 1000 pixels wide was too big apparently. Finally reduced to 300 wide and it worked. Thanks all
