Purchase Order Disappeared

Our Scout Shop was out of a pin, so I just went and removed it from the purchase order (for two Scouts). That was successful and the awards are back into the “needs purchasing” list; however, everything else was also deleted from the PO. At first it was just a blank PO, but when I went back the entire thing disappeared as if it never existed in the first place. I used the app to do my shopping, but I do know that the PO # was 1047723, with 101 items (down to 99 after I removed the items I still need to buy).

@ErinBrown- there is no app for scoutbook and I suspect a cache issue.

Sorry, I meant I used my phone rather than a printout at the Scout Shop, so when it disappeared I didn’t have much information to provide. When I was in the shop, I hit the “delete” button next to that item so that I wouldn’t have to try to remember it later, but it gave an error that it couldn’t delete it at that time. So when I was home I did it on my computer and that happened. I can see the PO listed under closed POs (I did not close it), but as I said, it is empty. If it is a cache issue, it is on Scoutbook’s end, not my computer.

@ErinBrown- i can set up a screen share later this evening if that helps to see the issue.

First, here are some screenshots.

Using my new, currently open PO to show, the yellow highlighted “delete” is what I clicked, leading to everything disappearing from the PO (with the deleted item successfully kicking back to the “To Purchase” list). When I refreshed the screen, the PO closed itself.

This is what I see on my computer in my closed POs list:

This is what I see when I click “View Order”:

And when I click “Download CSV,” this is what I get:

This is not a cache issue, as it is not isolated to my computer. These screenshots are from my phone:

@ErinBrown - pehaps the SUAC can see something in the data base on this. They may ask to do a screen share to record data for the dev team.
