Is there an admin who can help with this? I generated a purchase order a few weeks ago, but deleted/canceled it because additional items needed to be added. Now those items are not showing up in the Needs purchasing list, but they do show up in the needs awarding list under the following purchase order: 813142. Is it possible to fully delete/cancel this so that the items will show back up in the needs purchasing and I can submit a complete purchase order? If not, is there a way to view/print that original purchase order?
@NicholasLiCausi we cannot see purchase orders unless we do a screenshare or are admins of your unit
Thanks for the quick reply @DonovanMcNeil. I am the CubMaster, I believe I’m an admin of my unit. Is there a walk-through of how I might be able to get this back? Should I be looking in scouting.org instead?
@NicholasLiCausi did you mark the items as Awarded? Awarded items do not show for POs
No I did not. They are still showing up in my needs awarding list.
On the needs awarding list for the items does it say a PO

@NicholasLiCausi I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
@NicholasLiCausi you might try going to advancements.scouting.org and see if you see the report there
Good idea @DonovanMcNeil . Unfortunately, no luck. I only saw the same POs that had been closed. Given the urgency, I’ll build a report for any unawarded items and proceed with that. Hopefully the developers are still able to find the bug so that it doesn’t happen again in the future.
