Question: Do "pending" connections receive messages sent via Scoutbook?

I have been sending messages using scoutbook. I always select all of the connections but some are still pending. Are the messages sent to the confirmed and pending connections or just the connections who have logged in and accepted the invitation?

@JanellBunger-Spiecha - yes although they are pending they will receive the emails and reminders.
