I am trying to do quick entry across multiple ranks for multiple scouts to update all the advancements they earned in summer camp. But I am getting this message every time I do it.
I was able to do this last year and am following the same process. Any help would be appreciated. I don’t think this has anything to do with BOR as a scout can work on most rank requirements even if the previous rank was not awarded.

@PraveenChandran please do not post Scout Names or Images with Scouts names. What exactly are you trying to enter. And what is Member ID # of the Scout?
So I need to mark multiple rank requirements that the scouts achieved during summer camp. For example 4a, 4b and 5 for about 10 scouts, and I get this message for each scout when i try the quick entry.
4a, 4b and 5 under the scout rank to be clear.
Some example IDs are 140312970, 141491577
By each scout, you mean that you get a pop-up for each of the scouts, or you get the same pop-up with the same scout’s name every time, independent of which scout you try in quick entry?
Also, I missed the screenshot. Was it quick entry in Scoutbook classic or Scoutbook+? ScoutsBSA troop advancement in SB+ is not quite ready for prime time, so the recommendation is to stick with classic SB for now.
I am trying to select multiple scouts and there 3 requirements so I can update in one go. I get the pop up message for the first scout and it stops there. If i unselect the first scout, the pop message now has the second scout name and it again stops there. If I try and approve directly without going through the Quick entry option it works fine.

i’m also in the same boat. trying to update rank for multiple scout at once and it’s showing this alert message followed by the scout name.

i tried with tenderfoot,first class and second class so far and all of them has same issue

It’s OK to post member IDs here, as long as you don’t also include any other PII (like name, contact info, etc). The SUAC folks have enough access that the ID # is sufficient. For the rest of us proles, it’s functionally a random number. :^)

I’m also having the same issue and it’s for every kid in my troop. Quick entry gives me the error, but I can go in and manually add each requirement one by one just fine. I also used quick entry to enter all the merit badges earned with no issues yesterday. It’s only rank requirements using quick entry that seem to be the issue.
