When entering awards via quick entry, notes do not get recorded.
I have not been able to reproduce this issue. What award(s) did you try? Did you mark at least one requirement complete? Did you set the leader approved check box?
The more information you can provide on what you did, the better chance we will have to find the problem.
I was entering the snorkeling award for several scouts that went to sea base this summer. I did not mark any requirements, I just marked the award complete, set the approved box and added a note that the award was earned at sea base. The date and approval was entered for each scout, but the note was not entered. I had to go into each scout’s award and post the note. I know that, when entering rank requirements, notes need to be entered separately. That option is not available when entering via quick entry, for obvious reasons.
