Rank Advancement Date incorrectly coded in Scoutbook Plus

Hi - I’m having an issue with a Scout’s rank historical date of rank being incorrect. Scout# 134940875 has a listed date of Tenderfoot rank 08-25-2025 vs the correct date (which was displayed in Scoutbook) as 08-14-2022.

2nd Class is approved and awarded as of 05-13-2023 in Scoutbook Plus.

Appreciate assistance - he’s trying to work on Eagle right now and believe this may be causing issues with dates. When I try to correct it, I receive the error that date must be later than the last completed date for all requirements. However, there are no dates listed and they are greyed out.

A leader with initials JW changed this Scout’s Tenderfoot rank from the 2016 version to the 2022 version and marked it compelted 8/25/25. I suggest removing approval and completion of the 2022 version and moving the Scout back to 2016.

The same happened to Scout rank.

I will ask the developers to investigate.

Thanks Ed – It looks like I’d have to un-approve all of the future awards. before I do that – does that sound like the right approach?
