Unable to edit rank advancement date

Having issues editing scout’s 2nd class rank.

Scout is marked as having earned his 2nd class rank on Aug 20, 2025. The correct date is April 26, 2025. When I attempted to update, it would not allow me as the requirement version showing is 2016 which has already expired. The requirement version is greyed out, so I am unable to update to a newer version. This is causing us to not be able to mark him completed for his First Class Jun 26, 2026, and Star Nov 23, 2025. Please assist. Thank you!

@Marinel_RamonaDealdo not sure why scout is on that old of a version - just move the scout to current version and enter the end finish date and be done.

Not sure either. The selected old version greyed out. It does not allow me to change to the new version.

I also tried to remove the completed date, but the date does not go away.

@Marinel_RamonaDealdo clear the BOR of the rank. Then change to a new version. If you need help I can setup a screenshare

The BOR is not marked at all. It would be helpful if we could share screen. I am using my celphone, is that ok? Thank you.
