Rank approval doesn't update the mobile app

I approved Bear for an entire den that all finished on the same day. I can see my Scout in the mobile app in this group

the mobile app didn’t change to show Bear being earned until it was after it was marked as awarded. the date however is the date is was earned. I checked each day for several days for the update

So something might be using the awarded date to determine if a rank was completed, not the earned date
