When filling out your profile, you plug in your phone number but your phone provider isn’t in the list to pick. How to you get your provider added to that list or how else can you receive messages from Scoutbook as txt message?
You add your provider here and we get BSA IT to add the request to the backlog. We can not predict how long it will take to be added.
I suspect there may be an issue how much it costs BSA to send text messages to phone
