My child’s payment log was lost when they transferred troops at recharter. Is there anyway to recover that, or at least the final balance, from the old troop record? We are trying to reconcile payments made toward a Sea Base trip.

The former unit should be able to access it by clicking search payment logs and then selecting prior members under registration type.
