Remove a parent that is connect to a child that isn't his parent or family member

I have a parent/child that has joined our pack when the child was transferred to us he has a parent connect to him that isn’t his parent. How do I get this removed.

Child BSA#13649705
NON Parent BSA# 1280844 - (Need this person removed from child’s scoutbook connections- NOT a family member)
