Parent tied to Scout who is not the parent

I have a parent listed who does not belong to our Scout.
Please remove the parent with the Virginia address. I reached out to our registrar, but he said we should have been able to fix that in Scoutbook. I already knew I couldn’t edit a parent. Any assistance would be helpful! THANK YOU!

Your Council can remove it using VST Tool.
