Is there a way to remove an eagle scout project that was recorded to the wrong Scout’s profile?
The project under youth profile >> 1068499/eagleProject is with the incorrect Scout and I’m not seeing a way to remove it.
@bryanscouting - as a Key 3 or Advancement approved > go to Roster > Advancements Tab (where you do To Approve.To Purchase) > Click History > find or search for the Eagle Project > Click the Pen > then remove the Scout from the Project. I think this does what you are trying to complete
@DonovanMcNeil – apologies, I wasn’t as clear as I should have been in my prior message - what we need to do is remove the Scout (MID 133397848) as the Owner of the Eagle Project – the project was on 12/07/2024 – and the Scout who is the correct owner has aged out, and is no longer on the roster, so we may need to delete the ESSP record from this Scout?
He was not one of the participants, so he does not appear on the Advancements History
@bryanscouting - i wonder if it will show up in the activity logs for that time period. I am not even sure if it lands anywhere except the unit internal record
@bryanscouting I still think what I described is the way to go - then just remake the eagle project - or contact council as that data is for their legacy system
