Hello, I’m on a Windows laptop using Chrome. I click on the link from my renewal email, fill out the renewal. Then when I hit the Payment button, I get the signature page, enter my signature, click the ‘Go to checkout summary’ button and get the following error: Something went wrong
Error Code: Items is not allowed since this person already has a primary record - forSkPersonId: 129331712, Message: Conflict
@JamieMalloy that is a send to Council to have them look at or for them to send in to national - I wonder if your MBC AND Unit are marked Primary or something

I am getting the same message with a different code number. I wonder if it is because I am in two units in two different Councils, and National can’t keep up.
I had been getting same errors, after a visit to the local service center this was resolved approximately as follows –
- Log into my.scouting.org directly, do not follow the link provided for your renewal.
- Click “My Application” at the top of the page
- If you see any stale positions or positions that are superseded, remove them from renewal (e.g. I am the committee chair but was also showing “Scouter Reserve”)
- After step 3 you may now see a “Payment” button on your primary position. If not you may want to temporarily “Opt out” of renewal other positions such as MBC.
- If you’re successful after this, revisit the application in a day or so and then re-opt-in the other valid positions.
