Report Builder - Missing existing reports, Can't create new reports

I use SB’s Report Builder to regularly output scout advancement status, but as of today (it worked last Monday).

Normally, I have 3 tabs in Report Builder Manager. “My Reports” and my Troop and my Pack. Currently, My Reports is empty, and the Troop and Pack tabs are empty.

I tried to create a “New Report” but the button on the left sidebar isn’t a button.

@CurtisRuck I see my units and my past saved reports - can you send a screenshot?

@CurtisRuck You do not click New Report - to make a new report you click the Level of Program (New Report is a title). For Cubs you click “Cub Scouts”

On the missing saved reports - did you save them or where they shared reports.

@CurtisRuck if they were shared reports. Did an Admin just leave the unit? Or could the original have unshared them?
