Request - Reports for Award Eligibility in SB Plus

As an Advancement Chair, it would be great to be able to run reports as to which scout is eligible for which award, e.g., National Outdoor Awards. Now, I have to go individually to each scout and then into each award to see whether they are eligible. Even for those awards, like the National Outdoor one, that SB Plus already imports at the top some of the eligibility requirements. I’m not asking that the award be completely filled out, but it would be nice to be able to run a report to see who MIGHT be eligible -and then have the Advancement Chair or Scoutmaster officially review and approve. Similar to the OA eligibility reports.

@PatriciaMujica - have you looked at report builder for this ?

Yes - using report builder is the way to go for this

Thanks! I didn’t know this was an option. But I’m not sure it does what I need.
Does this report only show what has been filled in already in the individual requirements?

SB Plus shows at the top what has been accomplished, but it doesn’t fill in the actual requirements for the awards.

I have to manually go into each scout to look at the top to see what has been accomplished (e.g., First Class achieved, MBs approved, nights camped), and then fill in below before it will show up this report, correct?

I’d like a report that gives me information before the requirements are checked off in there.

There is an option to show the requirements.

@PatriciaMujica - it can show all requirements and note which have been completed. The best way is to actually test with an award and go from there. You would save the one that has what you want and share it via the report manager.

@PatriciaMujica you are thinking of this in the wrong way - For NOAA what I did was make a NOAA Camping Report - in the report I showed First Class Rank Status, Camping MB Status, and whatever other MBs are in the Camping NOAA. Then I could run for whole troop at once.

I did not include the NOAA award itself in the report.

Aha. Yes, this should give me what I’m looking for!!

Thank you!
