Request to delete connection between scout and parent with two BSA ID numbers

A parent in my troop has two BSA member IDs and is connected to her daughter with both IDs. Can you delete one of the connections?

Scout BSA ID 140218873
Keep the connection with parent BSA ID 134128091
Delete the connection with parent BSA ID 12392686
