Requesting assistance to remove a BSA ID in Scoutbook for a parent who has two IDs

I am requesting a removal of a BSA ID for a parent in our troop.

She currently has two BSA IDs in Scoutbook and is connected to her son with both IDs.

BSA ID: 135853427

BSA ID: 13418569

The BSA ID: 135853427 needs to be removed. The second BSA ID 13418569 is the correct one, and she is connected to another son in our troop with this BSA ID as well.

Thank you for the assistance as I do not appear to have the permission level to fix this.
